Playing Forza Horizon 2 and need to take screenshots? Well, you can’t because unlike the PS4 the Xbox One does not have a screenshot feature. Microsoft said it will be coming sometime soon to the system but they’ve not specified a period for it.

However, a developer who posts on Neogaf (username: Kampfheld) has hinted that the feature won’t be coming in 2014.

“Seems like no screenshots this year. Only posting this to prevent disappointment later :(,” he revealed.

The October update for the Xbox One does add a lot of other important features though, like DLNA, MKV support or more.

Screenshot feature is extremely important and it’s what makes many people capture some cool thing they saw in a game and share it with everyone.

We will keep you updated once Microsoft gives a detailed update on this.

Really?! From all the games out there, You had to pick Horizon2?!

With a ingame video editor, and high resolution photo editor available.

Did you even do some research?

XBONE also has dvr software with one button click, or speech command.

C’mon bro, this is just another bullshit article just to score clicks with.

Horizon 2 was a bad example, I agree, but the point still stands.
