2012 is almost out of the way, and it’s time to look forward to the next year. Here’s a list of all the video games that are confirmed for 2013.
The PS3 didn’t have a good 2012 when it comes to exclusive games. We only saw a bunch of casual ones like Wonderbook and games like Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale–which didn’t really set the charts on fire. However, 2013 looks amazing for the PS3 with The Last of Us and Beyond: Two Souls heading to the system.
For the Xbox 360, there’s only Gears of War: Judgement confirmed so far, but things could change soon if Microsoft announces a bunch of new exclusives. When you consider that Microsoft and Sony’s next-gen consoles could probably be announced next year, the lack of exciting new IPs in the console side makes sense.
Third-party games as usual will dominate next year on all platforms including the PC. We have the mighty GTA 5 which is slated for the consoles next year to Bioshock Infinite–a game set to make a big impression like the first game in the series.
The list may seem a bit biased due to a lot of indie games being listed on the PC side, but let’s be honest, they are exclusives for the platform. There are games like Watch Dogs and Thief 4 on the list, which doesn’t really have a release date so far, but we could see them next year.
