Titanfall has not yet been confirmed for PS4/PS3 and is set to launch on the Xbox One, Xbox 360 and the PC. Earlier an image was spotted in a developer interview of Respawn Entertainment which showed a possible PS3 devkit and the DualShock 3 controller.

This gave rise to speculation that the game will be headed to Sony platforms, but that has been shot down by Respawn Entertainment on Twitter.

There you go. PlayStation fans may have to wait a while before this game heads to their platforms and if Microsoft is smart, it won’t be launching on the PS4 or PS3.

The studio recently revealed how dedicated servers benefits the game a lot so they have settled for the Xbox One for now. The game runs on the Source Engine and is 60 fps.

The game is a launch window title for the Xbox One and will be released sometime in 2014.
