We earlier reported that Respawn Entertainment’s new game is called Titanfall. The game will be released in Spring 2014 and on the PC, Xbox One and Xbox 360.

There are some latest details on the game which have been outed via GameInformer.

The studio was originally trying to release the game on the current gen platforms but they couldn’t do that because they found out that the consoles couldn’t run it. There isn’t a PS4 version because they want to focus on less platforms.

The game will use Cloud service by Microsoft for dedicated servers, physics and AI calculations. The game is a first person shooter and runs on the Source Engine from Valve. The engine is the reason why they have been able to target 60 fps.

The Titans are Mechs which can dodge and have been designed to feel fast. The game contains mech and ground combat. You have the option of not controlling the Titan which will then make it follow you and it can also shoot enemies in its way. The Titans can run on walls and do multiple jumps.

The Titans can be taken down by jumping on them and shooting the brain. There is a lot of strategy elements to the game. The pilots who use the Mechs are equipped with Pistol, Anti-Titan Rocket Launcher, data knife to hack AI characters.

The game features a single player mode as well. Stay tuned for more details on Gamechup.
