Space is always a concern on the PS4 but users are allowed to upgrade and add more HDD capacity. The PS4 Pro comes with a 1TB and 2TB HDDs which may be enough but aren’t that quick considering limitations of the 2.5′ form factor.
However, Nyko has revealed a new Data Bank Pro for the PS4 Slim and Pro that allows you to expand the internal memory of the consoles by letting you use a 3.5′ HDD. The installation is pretty simple and users can switch between the included hard drive and the new 3.5′ hard drive.
The form factor is kinda huge but the features outweighs the inconvenience of the brick like design. The Data Bank Pro costs $39.99 and will be released later this year. An SSD seems like a better investment too but it’s expensive and allows you to load your games a lot faster. Here are more accessories you can buy for your PS4.
