Sony working on an official remote play app for PC and Mac

ps vita remote play with ps4

People who have a great internet connection to enjoy PS4 to Vita remote play will be excited to know that Sony is planning on releasing an official app for PC and Mac remote play as well. This could also mean that we may be getting official DualShock 4 drivers too.

DualShock 4 runs pretty well on the PC if you use DS4Windows software and have bluetooth capability. An official driver would really help in making it more accessible.

Shuhei Yoshida who is the president of Sony World Wide studios revealed the information on Twitter.

“Some people asked if we plan to provide Remote Play function to PC, and yes, we are indeed working on an official application for PC/Mac.”

This is great news for people who do not have a Vita and want to play PS4 games on their PC or Mac. Imagine playing Uncharted 4 on your Mac Air, wouldn’t that be something?
