NX: Nintendo talking to 3rd parties to gain support for their new Console

Satoru Iwata, President of Nintendo Co., Ltd., poses after Nintendo's E3 presentation of their new Nintendo 3DS at the E3 Media & Business Summit in Los Angeles

We know Nintendo is making a new console and we also know that it is codenamed NX. It will most likely be revealed at E3 2016 and the preparations are fully underway if comments from Shigeru Miyamoto are to be believed.

Fortune reports that as of this E3, they’ve been aggressively trying to gain support for their new console and the reception has been positive according to a few insiders.

The console needs to have good 3rd party support to effectively compete with the PS4 and Xbox One. The Wii U which had a good start was abandoned by the third parties because it was just too weak to handle the modern games.

Whatever it is, we can be sure that the console will be very creatively designed to attract as many gamers as possible.
