Square Enix has revealed a new Hitman game for the next-gen platforms and PC. It is being made by IO Interactive and more information on it is expected later this year.
They have released a note which gives some details on what gamers can expect from the game.
It will be an open world game with no checkpoints and Contracts mode is back. Agent 47 will not be able to carry an arsenal of weapons this time.
“We’ve adopted an open, non-linear level design approach to the game, ensuring the game will play out across huge, checkpoint-free, sandbox levels. Our aim is to create living, breathing and believable levels which will allow gamers to play around with the AI to create those unique moments every fan of the Hitman franchise loves,” the post reads.
