An analyst from Baird, Colin Sebastian, has said that the Xbox One could outship the PS4 by three units to one.
He released an investor note and revealed what he thinks could happen.
“Despite losing the headline battle at E3, Microsoft’s Xbox One appears to be regaining some momentum, in part due to the used and online policy tweaks. Importantly, our supply chain checks suggest Microsoft may have the benefit of a 2-3x unit advantage at launch compared to Sony’s PS4.”
The consoles could face supply issues but the pricing edge the PS4 has won’t really matter because the early adopters are willing to pay a premium for the system.
The pre-orders were shutdown at Gamestop but they still have some bundles available.
