Guerrilla Games says 2013 will be their biggest year since Killzone for PS2

Are they going to reveal a new IP for the PS4 at E3? Or will we see Killzone 4?

Guerrilla Games have teased something big while greeting everyone Merry Christmas. Now the only way 2013 will be a big year for them is if they release a new IP or a spectacular tech demo for the PS4.

“2013 is gearing up to be another big year for Guerrilla – quite possibly the biggest since we released the original Killzone way back in 2004. We’ll have more details for you at a future date,” their post reads.

After Killzone 3’s critical and commercial reception, it does not look like they will be releasing another Killzone game on the PS3. Chances are, we will probably see something massive from them next year and it does look like they will be unveiling something entirely new.

If you remember they revealed their Killzone 2 tech demo quite early in 2005 and it was met with a severe backlash, and considering it’s one of the premier studios of Sony after Naughty Dog when it comes to tech, we truly could be seeing something that will make our jaws drop.
