Lately PC gamers have been worried about whether GTA 5 will receive another delay or not because of changes in the Steam store page. However, a Rockstar representative has confirmed that the date will be January 27th and there has been no change yet.

The console versions of the next-gen port are already out and have been met with great critical acclaim. It features new content and the visuals have been significantly upgraded.

The PC version promises to offer a lot and as we know how GTA 4 was modded and turned into a completely different game, modders could achieve the same thing with GTA 5.

Here’s what the Rockstar representative had to say on the official GTA forums:

“GTAV will be coming to PC on January 27th. We have not announced any changes to this date at this time.”

They delayed it to January 27th about a month ago. It’s not likely that it will be bug ridden due to the delay of release. Unity, much like other Ubisoft games, was released far too early.

Might as well give them the benefit of the doubt. If they mess up again it’s not likely they will be able to keep milking the GTA franchise on PC.
