We have the first review score for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain from JeuxVideoMagazine. They gave it 17/20 and have mentioned that it is a humongous game and will last you 40+ hours.

As you can see in the image below posted by Twitter user @Kevryu, the game has got an amazing score.

More reviews are expected to come in 3 days from now and hopefully the last Metal Gear Solid game from Hideo Kojima turns out to be the best game yet.

Here’s a translation of the text:

a) There are tons of graphics options, sometimes even unnecessary.

b) Graphics are great but hampered due to being a cross-gen game.

c) Amazing ambient music, great line-up of 80s music.

d) Game is long, 40+ hours reported.

There’s a second review from another French magazine which gave the game 17/20.

Pros: most content-filled MGS
A true open World
The partner system
Well balanced gameplay
All around freedom

Cons: Disappointing graphics
Characters can’t evolve enough ( as in gameplay mechanics)
50 hours to tell very little
Repetitive situations
Thematics are barely scratched
