Capcom surprisingly announced DuckTales Remaster and everyone became nostalgic.
They revealed this at PAX and we have some information on the port as well. The game is made by WayForward, and will have original levels. The side characters are supposed to be fleshed out and surviving voice-talent from DuckTales will reprise their roles.
The game will be released on XBLA, PSN and Wii U this summer, however, there is no mention of the 3DS or the Vita version.
It features “new controls, additional areas, a Duckburg museum to track your progress, remixes of some of the most classic videogame music of all-time, and my personal favorite… A MONEY BIN YOU CAN ACTUALLY SWIM IN!”
Money bin will be available in between levels and new things are being added to old levels. Jake Kaufman is behind the music and the cutscenes will be skippable. The bosses are also supposed to have new tricks and there’s a loose plot added to the game.
