Diablo 3’s always on internet requirement caused a lot of issues when it was released on the PC.
However, the PS3 and PS4 versions, which were announced at Sony’s conference, will support offline play, it has been revealed. Geoff Keighley interviewed the Blizzard guys and now we have the video of that.
Blizzard Entertainment vice president of Creative Design and Franchise Development Chris Metzen revealed Diablo III is coming to the PlayStation 4 and will be playable on the PS3 too with total control of your character.
4 players Coop using the same TV screen without splitting. The camera will be zoomed out on the Console version to allow four players to play seamlessly in the same space.
They also revealed some screenshots earlier for the game which looks quite good. More footage will be shown at PAX East.
