Atlus Confirms Persona 5 Won’t be on PC or Nintendo Switch

PC gamers have been waiting for a while hoping for a Persona 5 announcement for the platform but that doesn’t look to be the case. Atlus has confirmed again that they won’t be releasing the game on PC or Nintendo Switch.

The rumours arose due to the fact that a lot of Japanese games had been finding their way to the PC platform. Persona 5 will be a PS3 and PS4 exclusive. Recently Sony released a box art which showed ‘console exclusive’ text which led many people to believe that the game could be coming to the PC, but Atlus PR manager John Hardin has debunked it.

“Persona 5 platforms – PS3, PS4

Yakuza 0 platform – PS4

That’s it. No Switch. No PC. Idk about the box label, that’s a Sony thing,” he tweeted.

Persona 5 is one of the biggest RPGs to come out of Japan after Final Fantasy XV which received decent reviews. The game was delayed recently and will be out on April 5th, 2017.
