We know the PS4 has sold 10 million units so far, and it looks like the first party software is doing well too. Sony’s Shuhei Yoshida has announced that all PS4 first party games have sold over 1 million units.
That includes games like Knack, Infamous: Second Son, Killzone: Shadow Fall and The Last of Us Remastered. Sony recently held a pre-TGS conference in Tokyo where they revealed these stats.
The Last of Us Remastered is particularly interesting because it reached this milestone in a month, which bodes well for future Naughty Dog games. The Last of Us on the PS3 has sold over 8 million units.
The PS4’s install base guarantees that the software sales will also be good for most games, and the digital sales are great as well according to Yoshida.
